Award-winning writer and producer, Frank Spotnitz is the Chief Executive of Big Light Productions, who began his career with The X-Files. He wrote and executive produced the acclaimed Amazon pilot The Man in the High Castle, based on the classic Philip K. Dick novel. This co-production between Big Light, Scott Free and Headline was recently greenlit to series. Frank’s other credits include: Hunted, which he created for BBC1 and HBO Cinemax; Strike Back: Project Dawn; Transporter: The Series, Night Stalker; Michael Mann’s Robbery Homicide Division; The Lone Gunmen; Harsh Realm; and Millennium. Spotnitz shared three Golden Globes for Best Dramatic Series and a Peabody Award for his work on The X-Files. He was also nominated for an Emmy Award for writing and three times for Outstanding Drama Series.
